Refund policy

All sales are final. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped we are unable to refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to check their order details carefully before submission. In the event of a mistake on the seller's behalf, we offer exchanges of unused products only. The product must remain damage free and return to its original condition.


Spicy Hair is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 


Please allow 3-5 days of processing time as we are always in high demand. 


All billing and shipping information must match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.


By purchasing you are in agreement to the following terms and conditions: You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving. You understand and agree to our refund policy. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us spicyhairr@gmail.com and a customer service representative will review your exchange , and If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
