Shipping policy
It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Spicy Hair uses calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost are calculated using weight of product per unit and the shipping zone affiliated with the customer.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination . SPICY HAIR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at spicyhairr@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped we are unable to refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to check their order details carefully before submission. In the event of a mistake on the seller's behalf, we offer exchanges of unused products only. The product must remain damage free and return to its original condition.
Spicy Hair is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Please allow 3-5 days of processing time as we are always in high demand.
All billing and shipping information must match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
